Finance Manager, Supply Chain
is responsible for financial analysis for the Supply Chain finance team . This role leads overall analysis around Supply Chain results and owns standard cost development . The Finance Manager, Supply Chain reports to the Director of Supply Chain Finance and manages a senior financial analyst .
Key Responsibilities
Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
Special projects within Supply Chain Finance expected to constitute 50% of the role .
Examples include network optimization projects and large scale efficiency projects.Working closely with the Director of Supply Chain Finance, lead and deliver financial analysis to support overall Supply Chain financial results, including analysis of monthly and quarterly results vs prior year and vs budget/forecast.Lead and deliver forecast and analysis around inventory obsolescence and manufacturing absorption.Drive the development of annual standard costs and estimation of standard costs for new products that use existing vitamin formulas.Lead the annual operating plan financial process for corporate operations support spend including engineering, quality, and other operations teams.Manage Senior Financial Analyst to provide detailed analytical support around capital spend and Corporate Operations spend. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with agility and flexibility . You have a strong analytical focus, such that you can call out key variances or trends looking at numbers on a page .

Critical Success Factors
You'll be most successful in this role if you have:
Strong analytical acumen, such that numerical results "mean something to you" when you see them (you can spot when something "does not look right".Not just an accountant or reporter of results, but someone who on their own initiative can make drive improvements.Capable of navigating large and complex excel models.Able to work quickly and turn out special requests with urgency.Understanding of standard product costs and how they are developed. Capabilities & Skills Required
In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:
