Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruitment Project Manager I to
assist with project management in the recruitment department.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment projects, ensuring adherence to scope,
timelines, and budget
Implement change management strategies to enhance recruitment
processes and efficiency
Compile and report on recruitment metrics and Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
High school completion with at least 4 years of experience in
clinical research
Experience as a Clinical Site Coordinator, Clinical Trial Manager,
or similar role
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and web-based technical
platforms
Ability to interpret technical instructions and analyze data
effectively
