Key Responsibilities
Provide operational leadership and people management within the
Design Org
Oversee hiring and staffing processes, ensuring effective placement
of staff on programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design
throughout the product life cycle
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a human-centered design practitioner
5+ years of direct people management experience and team
leadership
Experience with fast-growing companies, preferably in government
contracting or professional services
Proven ability to manage complexity and develop strategic plans
Experience cultivating relationships with external stakeholders and
partners
