Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Data & Analytics to lead
their data and analytics team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the data and analytics strategy aligned with
organizational goals
Design and optimize data architecture using Azure and Snowflake,
ensuring data quality and integration
Lead the development of advanced analytics dashboards and reports
using Power BI
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering,
IT, or a related field; Master's preferred
10+ years of experience in data platforms, engineering,
architecture, or analytics, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven hands-on experience with Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, Python,
SQL, and Power BI
Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance
best practices
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps
practices preferred
