Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Retention to lead
customer engagement and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Increase subscriber lifetime value and engagement through
personalized lifecycle strategies
Lead and expand retention channels such as email, SMS, loyalty
programs, and referrals
Design and execute subscriber retention strategies to enhance
customer experience and loyalty
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, and CRM within a
DTC subscription company
Proven expertise in crafting and executing DTC lifecycle marketing
strategies
Deep understanding of email and SMS marketing strategies, including
segmentation and optimization
Proficiency in data analysis to track KPIs and refine retention
strategies
Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Attentive, Recharge,
Lifetimely, and Churnbuster
