Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to manage its
in-house tax function for an international technology
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage timely and quality tax compliance for federal and state
income tax, sales and use tax, and property tax returns
Prepare ASC 740 tax provision and manage tax audits and inquiries
from tax authorities
Implement tax strategies involving IP ownership and transfer
pricing while supporting business expansion and M&A
activities
Qualifications
CPA required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
required, MBT preferred
7+ years of experience in tax roles with previous private industry
and public accounting experience preferred
Experience with automated financial reporting environments
Advanced Excel skills; Oracle knowledge is a plus
