from you.POSITION SUMMARY:This role oversees global HR and
Recruitment operations for both the USA and Australia.
Responsibilities include managing HR practices such as
compensation, benefits, diversity, employee engagement,
recruitment, HR systems, learning and development, labor relations,
and compliance. The position focuses on building teams and
technology resources to ensure regulatory compliance, effective
recordkeeping, and workforce analysis.The goal is to foster
corporate values and drive business success through comprehensive
HR management, including job design, recruitment, performance
management, and compliance with US and Australian regulations.
Collaboration with co-CEOs and US leadership for process
improvement, documentation, and leadership development is key.IF

retentionRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruiting and staffing including immigration (visa
management)
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding
employees
- Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and
training
- Policy development and documentation
- Employee relations
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health training
- Meeting with team managers one on one as required
- Attend and contribute to the monthly executive team
discussionsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources or a related field, or equivalent as determined by a
qualified credentials evaluation service
- At least two years of professional experience working in
strategic HR management.
- Must have at least two years of experience managing HR
operations on an international basis and establishing collaborative
work relationships between offices in multiple countries.
- Must have at least two years of experience overseeing all
aspects of HR management, including recruiting and staffing,
training and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, HR
systems and technology integration, employee engagement, and
diversity and inclusion.
- Must have at least two years of experience directing HR
operations to support business needs and facilitate the
implementation of company strategy and objectives.
- Must have at least two years of experience developing
company-wide HR policies and procedures and developing
documentation and tracking systems.
- Must have at least two years of experience reviewing and
developing workflow efficiencies, implementing performance
management and improvement systems, and conducting job design.
- Must be proficient in Google Sheets, Lattice, and
LeverTRM.Salary: $185,000 - $215,000 a yearWe offer a package that
