only a highly skilled designer but also an influential leader,
possessing exceptional communication, effective collaboration and
strong storytelling abilities. You will be responsible for managing
and mentoring a team of designers, ensuring the delivery of
high-quality product experiences.In this role, the Design Leader
will employ a strategic approach to design, combining thoughtful
leadership, creative direction, and people management to empower
the team in creating outstanding experiences for our customers.
They will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering
leaders, leveraging their strong communication and storytelling
skills to advocate for a cohesive customer experience vision and
strategy. Additionally, the Design Leader will utilize their
in-depth understanding of customer behavior, employing robust
analytics and experimentation frameworks to drive data-informed
design decisions.Responsibilities

have years of experience as a product designer, with a strong
leadership skills. You want to collaborate and focus on growing
other's careers. You like a high-intensity, productive,
deadline-driven environment. You're not fazed by millions of
customers interacting with your work. You want to know what's
working and what's not so you can iterate for better results.You
can think strategically and masterfully articulate your thinking
and your design choices. You embrace AI and understand how to
leverage it to amplify and accelerate your contributions.
- Able to balance management responsibilities with delivering
work on deadline in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in the broader design communities at Intuit and
have the ability to influence across business units
- Experience with A/B testing and how to use it to drive improved
page performance
- Able to grasp technical concepts and get up to speed on our
platform's impact on the designs
- Ability to self-manage many high-level projects and work within
tight deadlines
- Comfortable receiving, responding to, and incorporating
feedback
- Ability to understand and adhere to an existing and evolving
design system
- Proficient in Figma
- BA in Digital Design, BS in Human Factor/User Experience
Research, or related field. Equivalent experience will be
considered
- 8+ years of experience as an individual contributor in
Experience Design, delivering products and/or services
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading other designersIf
