Job Description:
A company is looking for a Procurement Lead - In-Product
Software responsible for managing the procurement process for
software products embedded in their solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage requests for new or amended software agreements and ensure
proper documentation
Collaborate with product teams and subject matter experts to
structure agreements that meet business objectives
Oversee supplier relationships, contract renewals, and compliance
with software agreements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, contract management,
or software licensing
Strong knowledge of software licensing models and terms
Good understanding of risks associated with embedded third-party
software
Experience in managing supplier relationships and contract
compliance
