Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Help Desk Support
professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve email ticket issues in a Salesforce CRM
Assist customers experiencing issues via Teams as needed
Coordinate issue resolutions between the technical team and
customers
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Help desk support experience
CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce
Customer support skills
Ability to draft custom customer support email responses
