Key Responsibilities
Oversee client project implementation processes, ensuring timely
and budget-compliant completion
Provide virtual training sessions and support for clients on system
usage and configuration
Gather and analyze requirements to configure software and conduct
testing for successful deployment
Required Qualifications and Education
Technical training experience in a SaaS environment is required
Bachelor's degree in public safety disciplines, business
administration, or a relevant field is required
Minimum two years of relevant experience or two or more years in a
local public safety agency
Three to five years of customer service experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and common internet
resources
