Job Description:

A company is looking for a Member and Donor Relations Specialist to foster relationships with members and donors while supporting fundraising efforts.



Key Responsibilities

Manage member inquiries and support member retention strategies
Coordinate fundraising initiatives and donor engagement efforts
Provide administrative support to membership and development committees


Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in membership or donor relations, preferably in a nonprofit setting
Experience working remotely
Proficiency in using Association Management Systems (AMS)
Experience working with volunteer leaders and committees
Strong organizational and project management skills
