Job Description:

A company is looking for a Thumbnail Designer for YouTube and Podcasts on a contract, part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Design thumbnails for multiple podcasts and YouTube videos weekly
Provide multiple design ideas for A/B testing and collaborate with the team
Stay updated with current trends and analyze data for design improvement

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in YouTube Thumbnail Design for high-volume channels
Strong expertise in graphic design and text effects
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar programs
Experience creating podcast artwork for high-subscriber channels
Familiarity with Google Drive, Airtable, and/or Dropbox is a plus
