Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Support Technician to provide
technical assistance for global events.
Key Responsibilities
Support global events by providing technical assistance to
interpreters, speakers, and attendees
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth event
experiences
Collaborate with colleagues globally and manage smaller events
independently
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum English proficiency of B2; additional languages are a
plus
Consistent access to a reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently and follow instructions from team
leads
