Our thriving Diamond Bar firm seeks detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our tremendously busy Sales team within the organization. This is a dynamic workplace, and the right candidate who is the proper fit to our eclectic company culture will provide important assistance to the Customer Service and Sales Manager as well as becoming a professional representative of the company to clients and patrons.

Skills/Responsibilities

?45-50 WPM typing. Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Please provide test scores.

?Recent working experience using MS ACCESS, Oracle or MAS 90.

?Recent industry experience in manufacturing is a HUGE PLUS!

?Order entry, processing, and look up tracking number, confirm delivery receipt of goods.

?Attention to detail; including documenting any discrepancies found in order information.

?Extensive data entry, including alpha-numeric typing. Ability to multi-task is essential.

?Ability to decipher errors and correct them using problem solving strategies.

?Sales Manager will also assign projects as needed and most tasks will involve research materials and information data from various sources.

?Ability to gather resources and compile information for comprehensive reports, PowerPoint presentations, and overhead slide shows.

?Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.

?Must possess professional phone etiquette with the ability to smoothly answer, transfer, and direct customer calls to the appropriate parties. Take inbound calls with ease.

?Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent aptitude to compose grammatically correct email correspondence with clients as a representative of our company.

?Excellent time-management skills are essential in this role. Successful candidates will be extremely well organized; being able to switch from updating order information in the system to initiating conversation with customers with vast product knowledge in order to answer questions related to our products.

?Various clerical duties; entering orders, processing orders, and following up with customers with a quick turnaround time.

Education/Qualifications

Bachelor Degree required. If you have 2-5 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative with experience in light inside sales in a fast-paced organization and enjoy being a part of a stable company, this is the perfect job for you! Bilingual Mandarin or Spanish is a plus!
