A company is looking for an Insurance Member Services
Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Handle 40-60 inbound calls, addressing inquiries of varying
complexity
Accurately capture and update member information in systems
Investigate unresolved issues and collaborate with internal teams
for resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1+ years of healthcare/insurance call center experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work remotely in a professional environment
5 weeks of virtual training provided
Familiarity with basic office equipment and EMR systems
